Data subject request
Under Articles 5–15 of Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, withdraw consent, object to processing, and request deletion of your personal data. Under Article 30 UU PDP we will respond to requests we receive within 72 hours for confirmation and 3×24 hours for follow-up.
How to submit a request
All data subject requests — including the following — must be submitted by visiting our office in person.
- Download a copy of my personal data (portability — Article 13).
- Withdraw permission to share details (withdrawing optional consent — Article 9).
- Correction of personal data (Article 6).
- Data deletion — anonymisation or full deletion (Article 8).
- Objection to processing or profiling (Article 10).
- Restriction of processing (Article 11).
We will ask for personal identification (KTP or passport) at the time of the visit to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

We deliberately apply in-person submission so the applicant's identity can be verified with certainty and the context of the request can be understood clearly. UU PDP does not require requests to be submitted electronically.
